After researching, I believe that the Victorian Woman insert is celluloid.
Measures 4.5" in diameter, 1 3/4" tall
Condition:
Very good condition.
Minor wear only and compared to others on eBay, this one ranks very high in condition.
With only minor scuffs on the face and minor wear on the base, both inside and out.
I love the patina.....the metal darkened naturally.
The heavy glass insert has no chips or cracks.
The mirror that is on the underside of the cover is clear with only minor wear around the edges.
