Tony Acevedo is a world renowned artist specializing in dog figurines, produced primarily in cold cast bronze. This is his West Highland White Terrier, or Westie, shown in fully groomed coat as one would see at a dog show. Beautifully detailed and modeled as one would expect from the work of this fine artist. The figurine measures 4" tall by 4 1/4" long. Mint condition. We do have other Tony Acevedo dog figurines listed for the collectors who specialize in collecting his work regardless of breed. Tony's work is produced by Dannyquest Designs. His sculptures are included in the permanent collection of the American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog and are offered as Best in Show and other important trophies at dog shows around the world. They also reside in the collections of dog fanciers the world over. The Dannyquest cold cast bronze sculptures contain a heavy concentration of powdered bronze throughout the casting. Each figurine is hand buffed to bring out the luster of the bronze and is then finished with a hand rubbed wax patina.
